Bitter

Target dress and sweater, Forever 21 thigh high socks, thrifted boots, gifted scarf, and Icing sunglasses.

I've never been good at layering, I'm a total believer in simplistic chic. Unfortunately for me the high temperature on Sunday only reached a mere 12 degrees, I was screwed. I really wanted to wear a dress since I'm constricted in pants all week. I chose to wear a new dress that I got for $4, which has already become a staple in my closet. Since it's a thin satiny material, I warmed it up with a thick sweater which you can't really see in the photos. Adding a scarf always keeps me warm and to finish it off I added these $2.50 thigh highs. In the end I was toasty and decided I should probably layer more often.
